- Current Phase: We are currently in active negotiations.
- Strike Mandate: In October 2025, members delivered a strong 64% YES vote for a strike mandate. This sends a powerful message to the employer that we demand fair wages and paid sick days.
- Next Steps: Mediation dates are scheduled for November 2025.
